Orders are typically fulfilled within 2 to 7 business days
Shipping adds an additional 3 to 4 business days within the US, or 5 to 15 business days internationally.

Why does my order take longer than other stores?

Because it doesn’t exist yet when you order it. We manufacture each piece specifically for you, which takes 2–7 days before it even ships, in exchange, nothing is made until someone actually wants it.

Is my personal information safe?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption protocols to protect your personal details and payment information at all times.

Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit?

Since every piece is made to order, we’re not able to accept returns for sizing or change of mind. We recommend checking our size guide closely before ordering. Damaged or defective items are always covered.
