These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services.
By accessing or using Honeh.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on Honeh.com.
If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
2. About Our Products
Honeh.com sells women’s and children’s clothing produced through a made-to-order, print-on-demand model.
Each item is manufactured only after it has been ordered.
Because of this:
- Production and shipping timelines may take longer than standard retail purchases.
- Colors, prints, and fabric may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to differences in monitor display and manufacturing.
- Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for detailed policies on order timelines, damages, and exchanges.
Purchases through third-party marketplaces: In addition to Honeh.com, we sell our products through third-party marketplaces, including Etsy, eBay, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
If you purchase from us through one of these platforms, your transaction is also subject to that platform’s own terms of service and buyer/seller policies, in addition to the product-specific terms in this section.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a marketplace’s mandatory buyer protection policies, the marketplace’s policies will govern for purchases made on that platform.
3. Accounts
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boudmedia LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Honeh.com or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or purchase of a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Where a regional section conflicts with the general sections above, the regional section takes precedence for consumers located in that region.
12.1 United States
Applies to: customers located in the United States.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Honeh.com shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming.
Sales Tax: Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.
Returns: US customers are subject to our standard Shipping & Returns policy. As all items are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind; only for damaged, defective, or mislabeled items, as outlined in that policy.
12.2 European Union / European Economic Area (EU/EEA)
Applies to: consumers located in the EU or EEA.
Right of Withdrawal: Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
Because every Honeh item is manufactured specifically for you only after you place your order, our products are considered goods “made to the consumer’s specifications” or “clearly personalized” under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. As such, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to Honeh purchases, except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match its description, in which case our Shipping & Returns policy applies. Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.
Statutory Guarantee of Conformity: Regardless of the above, EU/EEA consumers retain their statutory right to goods that conform to the contract at the time of delivery, under Directive (EU) 2019/771. If an item is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as required by applicable local law. Data Protection (GDPR): Your personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679. For details on what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights (access, correction, deletion, portability), see our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law: Nothing in these Terms deprives EU/EEA consumers of protection under mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence, where applicable.

Applies to: customers located outside the United States and the EU/EEA (including, for example, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and other international customers).
Consumer Rights: You may have additional rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your own country of residence that are not overridden by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any such rights.
Returns: International customers are subject to our standard Shipping & Returns policy. As all items are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind; only for damaged, defective, or mislabeled items.
Customs and Import Duties: International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Governing Law: Unless mandatory local consumer protection law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming.
