What does "Made to Order" mean?
Every Honeh piece is produced only after you place your order. We do not manufacture in bulk or keep stockpiled inventory. That means less waste, better quality control, and a piece made specifically for you.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Since each item is made to order, please allow 2 to 7 business days for production, plus an additional 3 to 4 business days for shipping within the US.
What is your return policy?
Since every piece is made to order specifically for you, we only accept returns or replacements if your item arrives damaged or defective. Because sizing is unique to each made to order piece, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns for incorrect sizing. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.
What materials do you use?
We choose premium, durable, natural fabrics designed to hold up through regular wear and washing. Built to last well beyond a single season.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Since production begins shortly after your order is placed, please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We will do our best to accommodate you before your piece goes into production.
