When will my order arrive?
Every Honeh piece is made to order, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Choose what you are ordering and where it is going to see a realistic delivery window.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates based on our production partners and carriers, not guarantees. During peak season (November and December) carriers can be slower, so please order early for gifts. If you order several items, they may ship separately.

We make it for you
Your piece is produced just for you. Clothing is usually made within 1 to 3 business days.

It ships to you
It is packed and sent with standard shipping to your country.

It arrives
Delivery takes about 2 to 5 business days in the US and longer for other countries.

Ordering for the holidays?
November and December are busy months for carriers. Order early so your gifts arrive in time.
Questions about delivery
Nothing is made until you order it, so there is a short production step before your piece ships. In return, no stock sits unsold in a warehouse and very little goes to waste.
Clothing is usually made within 1 to 3 business days. Some other products can take a little longer, up to about 6 business days. The calculator above already includes this time.
Not always. Different products are made by different production partners, so items from one order can ship and arrive in separate parcels.
Orders outside the United States can be subject to customs checks, and in some countries to import duties or taxes charged by local authorities. We cannot predict these charges for your country.
Because every piece is made for you, we handle returns for defective products. Please read our Shipping and Returns page for the full policy, and check the Size Finder before you order.
If your order has not arrived after the latest date shown in the calculator, please contact us with your order number and we will look into it.
